Defo need videos of this too to make it work as well as it has on other forums :)

I will weigh myself on Monday and probably have a crack at this on Tuesday or Thursday
 
So the weight set down at the bottom of the rep just has to be a minimum of 2 seconds?

Whats to stop me sitting it down for 30 seconds :P
 
Aye, you can touch and go but for those of us that like to de-load and re-set it keeps it a posibility. Whilst we want it to be tough we don't want anybody to hurt themselves 'just for fun' if you understand.

Kind of itching to give this a go now!

Going to look a bit of a tit filming myself...meh!
 
I prefer to reset myself particularly as I never go above 3 reps on the DL, but for something like this I'd probably touch and go.
 
Can I suggest a change? Make it time based. 1min to rep az many times as possible.

Also, I don't like the idea of repping out loads with 260 on bar with no belt lol.

Anyway, time for the smaller people to shine here, should see some impressive stats :)

I haven't a problem allowing belts if we're allowing straps.

Timmed could be pritty brutal actually. The same rules/guidelines would still apply.

We can give it a few days for some of the less frequent posters to have some input.
 
If you're allowing straps I would allow belts. In PLing belts are legal, straps are not ;). I'll have to see about this, since i work out in the school gym I'd definitely feel a bit silly recording myself "for some guys on the internet" ;).
 
Think i might give this a go in a few weeks time, but i wont have a video of it so you will have to take my word for it:p

I would try the 2xbw with straps, weight would be the same as Freefaller (200k).

If all goes well in the next 8weeks, hopefully I will be able to beat my 1rm also, so hopefully will be able to get a few reps out with 200.
Im aiming high, i must beat Freefaller:D:p
