I'd like to find out more about the stabber, what his back ground is ect. I can see this story being brought up a lot in the on going "video games cause violence" argument.

On another note, it's never been an issue to turn up for me but I'm wondering how much force you would need to kebab someones melon like that. Just a short stab or a long prepared swing... The main bit would be the bone, actual brain wouldn't put up any resistance worth mentioning.

I'm thinking bs - the force required to do that is a lot more than you'd think, you'd probably have to repeatedly stab at the head while it was motionless in a complete frenzy and I just don't see that happening - someone stabbing someone having seen red after finding they are cheating is likely to cool off very quickly after the first stab - I'd be very suprised as well as that would be penetrating a number of areas required for vital system function.
