How much of your life do you spend on a computer?

If I'm awake for 16 hours a day at the moment, which is about correct, I'm on a computer for about 10 of those. Roughly.

So I'd say about 40-50% of my life. Been this way for the last few years.

I dont actually sleep, i put my computer in sleep mode then sit at my desk for 8hours untill i decide to wake him up.

Ouch, I think its gonna be a lot as I work 12 hour shifts in IT. Plus I do a lot of gaming. So I am gonna say about 100 hours a week

Usually around 3-6 hours in the evening as well.

7 till 4 at work.
Then in the PM prob 5 hours on WAR 3 times a week. The other nights I might get 1 hour or so. Plus the time on my phone.

WAY too much. Wife says I am techo obsessed and never feel happy unless I am on a computer.

Work - 8 hours (well, maybe I dont sit in front of it all the time so maybe 7)
Home - most of the days few hours in the evening at least , unless I have something else to do.
