Normally stand back on guard ready to drop med packs and bring collegues back to life is vital to squad moving up together to next target. :-)
 
Right, I've finally got it connecting after a week mucking around with router settings. So - what the hell is with the muzzle flash?!

Does it ease off with other guns or by turning off bloom or anything? It's like I go blind every time I fire my gun :)

PS do you have spybot search and destroy installed, I have to shut it down otherwise whilst ingame I get logged out, have to log in, does not happen with spybot disabled whilst playing.
 
Nah, it was a combination of needing to have uPnP turned on and firewall set to low in the router. Couldn't get in at all with the normal firewall settings, and kept getting booted without uPnP turned on, for some obscure reason.

Mine does not support it , using a vigor 2800 old but very good routers, have to forward ports in the router to achieve upnp.

ps I have not had to forward ports though! for this game.
 
@ TheGoon: Just seen your BC2 server owners thread and i have one question, why would you turn PB off? You're just asking your server to get exploiters.

How do the kill streak pins work? last night I got an 8 streak, another 8 streak and a 6 streak pin... at the end of the match it showed me those pins along side a kill count of 12 ???

I did ask my squad (full of =TFU= players) if you had a public vent, but got so carried away reving them I forgot to look for a reply :D . I've registerd on your webby too, do you mind if I pop on vent through the night?
