Why no GTX295's

Yeah they are thin on the ground, I'm still waiting for BFG to replace mine under warranty. Hopefully they should get a shipment this week.

zotac warranty covers changing the cooler :) Only reason I went with them after breaking my 280's by changing the coolers lmfao. That was a fun and costly experience lol.

That doesn't seem to be the case any more :(

"Any modifications to the ZOTAC hardware will void the warranty on our products. The ZOTAC warranty does not cover any tampering with the physical hardware -- example: replacing the factory fan with third party cooling solutions such as different fans or water cooling solutions. Any physical damage such as burn marks, water damage or physical damage to the PCB will void ALL warranties."

Andi.

my manual, says it doesnt cover modifying the hardware in anyway. But then goes onto state that you can change the cooler without voiding the warranty, but if any damage arises as a result of doing that, or that cooler is not sufficient etc, then it doesnt cover it. But I dont care anymore, when i bought the 480s the zotac ones hadnt been posted yet lol.

I guess it just looks better, like they have ordered new stock in and are awaiting for it to arrive.

Or something to do with the way their stock system works.
