What shorts are cool for this summer??

I know its a bit early to be sticking any on now, but I'm looking to get some shorts for a trip away to Spain and when possible this summer out on the beer garden.
I don't have a clue what's cool any more so I'm throwing this out there, a bit like the t-shirt thread.
The cargo look has been done to death, so what is new?

The superdry ones, but get some proper surf ones. Look at Billabong or something for cool designs.
