What do you guys recommend? Any changes? Good enough power supply for triple/quad graphics? Rating lol? Am I missing any parts?

For what are you going to use it?And do you really think that you need a WS motherboard?

Pretty much everything, some high end gaming, graphics, web design etc. The reason I chose that motherboard was because it looked like it had good upgrading capabilities and supports intel xeon i think those are the next gen processors?

xeon = server processors.

Get the Rampage III instead.

1000W PSU is OTT.

even Xfire 5850s will run on a 650W psu.

If you want next gen, then get a 980x CPU.

Lol, both a CPU alongwith either of a HDD/SSD would help, and IMO that Motherboard/PSU are both OTT for your spec..

Lol oh that's a low requirement. What if I decide to go with a 5870 or 5890 crossfire? What kind of psu would I be looking at then?

1000W is really only for Dual 480 nvidia cards and 5970's

850 is enough for CF 5870.

Not really either wait for the cheaper 970 hex core or get the 920/930.

Any ideas when the 970 will be out? Also got any ideas when the asus rampage III motherboard will be available at overclockers online store?

Rampage III = later this month.
970 = Q3 of 2010.
