I was doing a random versus last night and we ended up on a server that had an infected selection mod. Though it was horribly implemented. Used RMB to change and it seemed to work by killing your infected ghost and re-spawning you which was a pita to move and choose at the same time, plus the limits on classes were a bit crap and it seemed to constantly skip certain infected.
 
What's the OcUK community like on this these days? I'm considering buying it now that it's down to £20 on steam but only if a lot of people from here are still playing it. Are any of the regulars that I used to play L4D 1 with still playing this? Like Knubje, Antar, Tefal and mrk/Khaaan! etc etc
 
A fair few are still playing it, but not as much.I still try and get games of Team VS most nights, haven't played insanity recently as I'm never really in the mood for it.

Up for a team vs tonight if you lot are around (I know Steve is getting withdrawal symptoms after we've spent the weekend on BC2!)

Oh, I like the new Sig - think i'm gonna use one of those as well. :D
 
I sat around for an hour waiting for steve last night after poker :( then gave up and played bc2 :D completed assault, onto medic next I think.

Yeah, the sig is nice, except when I'm at work and it says "Last Online: 4 hrs ago".... I stay up too late

I am up for a team vs tonight, I spent most of yesterday trying to get one going but it didn't happen :(

Well that was amusing. I'm asked to join in a steam friends Team Versus game with a new player, I agree and we get put up against the ocuk crew :eek:

Still it was a good close game in the end, which we lost by 3 measily points! godammit! :(

Still, shows old linky can still give you all a run for your money, with the right team (even though I am getting pretty out of practice at this!) :p
 
actually, you won by 3 points. but we claim victory due to steve getting hit over a fence and being unreachable. and I took 70dmg from a charge hit, incapping me instantly. was a good game though. still pressing shift and middle mouse from BC2 a lot ;)
