UPS for Gaming PC

Would this be enough to keep my PC / monitors alive long enough to shut the PC down safely?

I have 3 x 24" monitors and a pretty hefty PC (i7 OC with 3 x 5850 video cards etc)

No. But if its a gaming PC you really don't need to worry, windows recovers, even if you were in the middle of saving a game. How many power cuts do you get? I had one a few weeks ago, before that 4+ years.

~200W for monitors. ~600W for PC under load.
You'll need one of those ~1½ kVA UPSes to cover anything. (watt and volt ampere aren't same thing in AC)
