Could we have more derails on what the Mini Prix, Triple and Cup actually entail please :p
 
I did a quite long outdoor karting stint (was three 10-15 minute runs IIRC) for a friend's stag do last year and it was fine, I didn't really ache. It's all in the karts IMHO

I think that the hairdresser lifestyle you live has you too used to sauntering around at a leisurely pace with the top down. :p

I did about 4 10 minute heats with a bit of practise too and didn't find it tiring in the least, the long main straight gives your arms a bit of a rest from the lap anyway.
 
Ok, so I met up with Stormrider on thursday and had a little chat - seems the best course of action is to set a date and then see who can make it - not to mess around with dates to suit everyone. So I'm going to go with 29th may - which is a saturday.

Could a helpful Don pop up a poll with the race options please?
