Bizzare thread to start but I'm kinda confused and concerned at the same time.
I drink a LOT of Pepsi Max... I'm talking 5 - 6 Litres a week.. mainly while playing games or watching movies.
My reason for drinking Pepsi Max is that it has low levels across the board as far as Sugar content etc is concerned, bar the fact it is a gassy softdrink it does appear to be ok.
I'm just wondering if this is a major problem and if I should reconsider the amount I am drinking, I did attempt to switch to flavoured water over the weekend but I didn't really like it
Any good alternatives?
