Well that sucks! The 360 version has coloured buttons corresponding to the coloured 360 pad buttons and the PS3 is just dull grey and white 
So doesnt seem like a whole lot of difference really.

Cav, I appreciate that. I play about 3 hours a week now.
Ojste I will get it on both consoles (to learn the timing differences like those in sfiv) but I will not be touching online play, sorry but I have to really dumb down my game online and that ruins my offline game.

Fair point but its available to play all over Manchester eg in HMV. I have played it myself today but will refrain from discussing it until a mod clears up whether or not we are actually allowed to talk about it?

I was more teasing than anything, but I was more talking about people who give the "I've got a copy and..."
Having said all that, on eventhubs, they're saying some shops are selling early copies, but I'm not sure if that's in the US, or the UK or what.

I've had a chance along with Jambo (king-core on these forums) to play it. There was a pretty awesome little Juri player pulling off some deadly combo's against his mate, dunno how he's learnt so much given the game hasn't been released yet, it was like he has been playing it for months.
I tested out Ryu and he felt very similar which I suppose is a good thing. I got to test out afew of the other chars and just how I've never been comfortable playing anyone else in SF4 it was much the same with this tbh. The one I 'clicked' the most with I would say was Dudley, I tried out some of his trials and got through loads of them quite easily, he has some nice combo's which are v easy to pull off. However, when I tried playing with Dudley it all went out the window. I honestly played the game for about an hour and just got bored of it, not because it's a bad game, more because I just can't play with any of the other chars. So, I may well join you guys for online sessions of this, but expect me to go back to Ryu when I start getting spanked. I enjoy playing online with quite afew of you guys and will continue to do so... just for fun, but I can't see myself getting more into this game. It will just be when I have some free time now and again. The new levels look great, we have all by now seen the new ultras etc so I didn't bother trying them out. If you liked SF4 you will like this, if you like learning other chars and you pick them up quick *cough*artheas*cough* you will probably love learning the new chars in here! As always I will enjoy the challenge of using my Ryu against the best you have to offer

That might get you quite far in tekken, but in streetfighter you'd be history.
I can never remember the buttons. Sometimes I can even do a fireball!!

Shame that you're not as into it as you may have been - hope i still get to play you!
You should consider spending a bit more time finding another char you like and learning his basics. It might be because on a basic level, you play other chars the way you play Ryu, which might not be as effective for that other char.
Spend more time with Dudley, i think he'll a good char for you. He has a 'dragon punch'
p) and supposedly has lots of ways to combo into Ultra.
