Does anyone use this? What volume (apart from the default 89) do you use? At default it seems a little quiet to my ears!

1)Anyone have any idea how to successfully remove itunes soundcheck metadata? 
2) Does anyone actually use soundcheck in itunes?
3) Is it better to use soundcheck and leave mp3gain alone, or use mp3gain and not soundcheck? I take it soundcheck only works in itunes?
