Not sure where you play but imo the game is far from dead.

You'll find me playing on the SAS server most evenings, and that server is normally always full/near full for me so I don't see the problem :)

Come play with us Marine, I need some tags :D

Its true,
Plenty of servers still available.

Our Hardcore is all night and the SAS server is just full constantly.

Its not dying, I think people sometimes forget how terrible every BF game is on release.
 
To be honest I think the main reason for me not playing is the fact that I'm jumping on random servers every night. Back in the TFU days it was fun because you were constantly on with the same people but playing with randoms just doesn't do it for me.

Not to mention it seems whenever I go on a random server there always seems to idiots either whinging or being complete prats teamkilling etc.

I find running around infront of them hopping about normall annoys them enough, and then gets you all killed :D

See you guys on later, been away this weekend, now looking forward to fulfilling my addiction again tonight

I noticed some of the setting changed after the recent update

Just had the best 2 BC2 hours ever.

No lag, No disconnects, The hits seemed to register (even got a few tags) and I got best in round for first time.

Gonna need to start working the medic and recon though, hardly played these yet.

Best thing to do is just get good with the shotgun as you can use it with any class and it's pretty much rapeage on a Hardcore server. They claim to have fixed the slugs to make the shotgun more balanced which isn't true at all :)
