What are you having for dinner tonight?

Either pizza or burger and chips as I'm feeling like unhealthy food tonight. Just not sure which to go for.

Some fresh egg pasta with some chopped honey roast sausages wanged in, drizzle of oil and a little bit of black pepper. Random but oh so tasty!

Fish (cobbler) seasoned with Marjoram and Parsley. With steamed rice and veg.

Simple, quick and easy. Yum.

I had, stagg chilli + uncle ben's rice tonight, tomorrow though I'm going to actually cook something, I'm going to be doing jerk chikkin w/ brown rice, peas, carrots, broccoli, green beans cooked in a chilli sauce. Trying to get loadsa healthy food down my gullet without it tasting too rancid.

I haven't a clue, I have no meat/poultry in so it looks like it may be rice or spaghetti with pasta sauce. Nice.

Sainsburys have duck legs at £1.99 for two so me and my youngest are having confit of duck legs with mushrooms, noodles and a bistro salad with a little balsamic.

There should be a yum yum smiley :)

On the internet in a restaurant?

It's quiet in the week and its still early, just full of Asian kids at university over here having dinner, I could understand some but not others, its hard to tell if they are from China or Hong Kong until they start talking. Quite a few are on the net with the phone too while they wait for food, i just drop by on the way home and thought i grab a bite before my train home.

I'm going to get a pizza out of the freezer.

You mean your mum is?

FYI

My ballotine opened up in the oven (luckily cheese side up). These obviously need to be poached in the cling film and browned off at the end, otherwise the heat 'unravels' the ballotine and it can spew the contents out in the oven.

You live and learn. Still tasted extremely good though. Pork was cooked perfectly, broccoli slightly over and potatoes could have been crispier. Sauce was perfect with a a bit of sage. Nice glass of wine and my stomach is happy!
