** Steam Deal: GTA Vice City only £1.50 **

Pass, afaik the patched version is useless for multiplayer. And buying it is mostly worth it for the goodies like the map/poster and the manual/guide if you've already played it and you don't get those on steam.
 
The rockstar collection is tempting. Even though I have boxed versions of GTA3, Vice City and GTA4. Also I own GTA4 and 4-episodes on the PS3. Toooo many games. I think I will just get Vice City and wait for San andreas for £4 or whatever it will be. I hope these 2 hour deals don't start falling at silly times for England.
 
Bought it but having a few control issues :(

The mouse buttons dont work in the menu, but if i start a game then quit they do!

It's acting as though i have another controller conflicting with it but i dont have anything else plugged in :(
 
Cool, I've been playing this on the original playstation 2 recently will be interesting to see how different or not its on the pc.
 
Seems like a bundle of people getting payment and buying problems with steam at moment..

Just got a reply back from them with my order where they took the money and i can't download game... They pretty much said heres your money back buy the game for original price (not the sale one)
 
Bought about 6 games through steam including this one using PayPal without a hitch over the last 2 days.
Downloading this game as i speak 900KB/s.
 
Well I went for it in the end. Never going to miss £1.50. I hope GTA 3 and San Andreas come up for similar prices. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not sure I like the Steam sale culture that much. It almost makes you out as a mug to buy anything that's not on sale. At the same time it stops you buying games you want just in case they go on sale anytime soon. It would be far better if the prices were cheaper to start with and the sale prices were only 20% off rather than this 75% off business. I want to buy Fallout 3 GOTY but for £30 there's no chance because I know it will be £9.99 one day. If it was just there for £16.99 I would have bought it by now. Never mind.
 
So only a few hours long, these -75% off deals?

I am looking to buy San Andreas at -75% so I will make a thread if I see it on sale, and I hope you will do the same.
