Bought it today off the net :) Hoping I get it tomorrow :) Blu-ray is the only way to see this film in my opinion :p

Bought it and watched it tonite, looks and sounds amazing. I prefered watching it on blue ray to the 3d cinema version!!

The shot of the winged beast is amazing. Great detail.

Does anyone have any info on a stereoscopic 3D version yet? I've got the 120Hz if they've got the 3D ;)

You get an internet hug also :D.

Aww thanks you're such a babe. :p

Firstly, you lucky so-and-so for having such a sweet TV :p

Secondly, I remember hearing Cameron talking about a 3D version of the film being released - however the release would be after the release of the DVD/Blu-Ray versions. So I would probably guess sometime this year (as 3D TVs are getting more and more popular).

My BD copy arrived on Saturday, though didn't get chance to watch it till Sunday. My daughter (who is only 4) is absolutely fascinated by the aliens, so she watched it with us!

Thought it was absolutely incredible. As a film, it's decent enough, but in terms of the PQ/AQ it is easily the best BD we've seen since we've had our Panny G10. Some scenes are jaw dropping and looked almost 3D without the glasses.

I ordered 3 steelbooks from different places and they have all been dispatched (£24 each). I looked at various online stores and they are selling for up to £78 each now! nice little profit for me when i sell mine! whoo hoo!

Couldnt get it today in the shop, (sold out):(, ordered it online today instead, £14.99 for the blu-ray/dvd combo pack, hopefully it arrives quickly.

I have to agree with this, i got my copy on saturday and me and my GF watched it that night. It is by far the best blu-ray (visually) that i have seen. The colours are just so vibrant and for me THIS is the blu-ray 'must have' to show off HD T.V.'s
