Make the new steam UI look good

This is a skin for Steam somebody's made on the official forums, I've just installed it and the improvement over Valve's skin is staggering. All you need to do is copy a folder and select it in Steam settings.

Highly recommend it.
 
The use of bold is an improvement but the font overall is not as good. As for the design... 6 of one, half a dozen of the other, each has its merits.

I wouldn't call it a 'staggering' improvement.

Im with ya buddy! As long as i can locate around it. Though i do think its all to black and dark
My only problem with the new steam is for me currently its taking longer to change accounts xD

Not sure I follow, you posted in this thread to ask me why I posted in this thread? I made the thread for people who DO care what it looks like. If you don't care what it looks like then obviously don't bother replying to the thread!
 
Prefer the old one. The type face is too small for the games, and the gamers name shouldn't be in bold, clutters it up.
 
Does it matter what it looks like? You only look at it for 15 seconds when you launch a game anyway...

And even then the official version looks better imo :p
