How much does Eve cost per month?

Near enough £13 if you subscribe through Eve. If you buy a 2 month Game Time Card it can be had for £11 per month.
 
EVE costs more than money... Its a great game, but its like crack.

As an ex eve addict... i mean player.... dont bother unless your playing with friends.

Id say skip the PVE and go for PVP and get into a player run PVP corp ASAP. Even newbs can be usefull in small and large scale pvp. Ive also made more money(isk) from pvp than i ever did from pve...

If your in a good corp you will get taught the basics and progress quickly. If your in a great corp you will get free ships and have access to 0.0 (think the wild west of space and ur not far off)

But be warned, say good bye to the next 3 years, EvE really is that good.

Ive stopped and started even quite a few times. Never played more than a week or so at a time. My main problem was I wanted to PVP but all i ever seemed to do was mine rocks.

I'd go exploring places but I'd never see anybody :(
 
i remember when everyone were billed in $ then they realised they could make a lot more money if they billed everyone in europe differently.

i wonder if americans still pay in $ and enjoy a much better deal , seeing as you can buy time cards for cheap on us sites i expect they do :mad:
 
You know, I've never bothered using GTC's instead of a normal credit card subscription.. I'm going to do it.

Either way, if you're the sort of person that not only doesn't think to google this, or even ask in the current Eve thread, I'd be willing to bet you wont last a week in game.

Yeah. I'd try to match your scathing sarcasm and razor sharp wit but i need to go and start a thread asking how doorknobs work. I would use the existing 900 page Doorknob thread but come on, I can barely understand doorknobs or google, lets not expect continuity and common sense.

Touche, one thing that make me think what a bunch of grubby douche bags.

Still, atleast paying with the card makes them less than the timecode mark up's scam their constantly trying to push people toward:p

In the last few years my card has failed to bill atleast 7 or 8 times... each time im directed to get a gtc/plex in the short term. The day i fill the pockets of an isk buyer will be a cold day in hell.
 
Jesus i just read this again and now all i can hear is the woman saying "warp drive active" in my head.

Its true the game ****s you up for life.
