I checked the background on the contacts page and it was pure white.

The headers on Google Mail have a pink colour throughout on mine, not just the tick boxes (which are ok). Contacts are white altho the "sillhouette" pics on the left for each contact have a slight pink as it goes from white at the top to grey at the bottom

I dont have another cam so if you were able to take a pic of the Google Mail main screen which appears when you press "Google Mail" then it would be appreciated.
 
I like the look of the orange deal myself.

Though i'm o2 atm and my contract runs out end of may i'm hoping they might be able to do me a deal on the Desire If/WHEN they get in !

So who bears responsibility for a lost phone in this case? Them, or you (even though it was them)?
do you know the people who live at that address now? any chance of getting it from them if they take it in?

You are joking right, its 15 quid a month difference, why would she even care :confused:

I've been assured that my phone will be despatched tommorrow.

This seems either:

a) A complete lie
b) Unfair on everyone else - I only ordered it today..

They said if they accept the phone, they will blacklist it and send someone to pick it up.

If they don't, it will get sent back to vodafone and re-sent to me.

The guys in our old house are Polish, no one can understand a word they say :o

I've been at this address for a year, vodafone send all my post here, so why on earth they decided to dispatch it to my old address i'll never know.

So annoyed, id have had it tomorrow, but guess i've gotta wait ANOTHER week now.

Joint bank account, particularly expensive living costs due to maintaining two poperties and we generally discuss these things. It's about keeping the peace, and I've just trodden on a landmine!

Had mine about a week after ording sim free from the big jersey website. (Already have 2 contracts with 5 months on, didn't want a 3rd!)

Coming from a G1 all I can say is wow, what an upgrade, the speed difference is incredible. Sense really does add a lot to android and I thought it was pretty good as stock.

One problem however, none of the weather widgets seem to pick up anything when I'm at home. Is there a way to fix this?

Now gonna try rooting and modding my G1! :P
 
I dont think the camera is as bad as some make out.

I took this and think its dead on for a phone

Well I (stupidly?) caved yesterday after spending hours on the phone with 3, just trying to get them to offer me a deal. I was told that they couldn't make an offer as they had no stock, yet reading around it appears they ARE doing deals, just not with me. I eventually caved and agreed to a free Hero at £15 per month, 300 mins/txts, 1GB net for 18 months, I really wanted a Desire though. DPD have left a note today, due to work I can't be in and I certainly can't be in for the 12 hour delivery slot. This means I'll have to pay the £11 for a phone I didn't really want in the first place :( They'll return it to sender after 3 days, can I just let it go back and cancel with 3? I'm seriously thinking about moving to Vodaphone.
