best tuna accomponiment

Preferably tuna sashimi or sushi if it's fresh ...

But if it's tinned then:

1 tin tuna (in brine, drained)
1 green pepper finely diced
6 jalapeño rings finely diced (optional)
4 spring onions finely sliced
~2-3 table spoons Hellmanns mayonaise (consistency to personal taste ... I don't like my tuna mayo to be too smooth so tend to put in less mayo)
Plenty of black pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then place in sandwich and eat.

Personally I love tuna and mayo with black pepper and lemon on a pasta salas. Make it myself its lovely (and reasonably healthy) so I have it for a lunch 2-3 days a week at work

red onion + malt vinegar
Salad Cream
Mayo

If I'm making a salad box usually things like sweet corn, beans (not baked!), vinaigrette, pasta pieces. Nothing leafy as it goes yuk prepared the night before.

Tuna,
1 diced pepper
1 diced chilli
1/2 red onion diced
any other random veg i have kicking about
drop of hot sauce, some herbs
blob of mayo

mix it all together and add to a handfull of pasta. excellent cold lunch and filling.

Mayo!

Alternatively you can put it in an omlette to make omlette arnold bennett instead of using haddock, it's very nice but not quite as good as haddock

1 tin tuna (in brine, drained)
1 green pepper finely diced
6 jalapeño rings finely diced (optional)
4 spring onions finely sliced
~2-3 table spoons Hellmanns mayonaise (consistency to personal taste ... I don't like my tuna mayo to be too smooth so tend to put in less mayo)
Plenty of black pepper (to taste)

I have that but minus the chilli and Asda own brand mayo is way nicer, it doesn't taste as vinegary

The next question is how do you have them....bread, roles or wraps ? :)
