mustard mayo, don't think it exists in the UK so mix a bit of mustard with mayo (maybe 3:1 or 4:1 mayo mustard ratio)
Hellmann's light mayo everytime for me.
Mayo, red peppers and some onion.
1 tin tuna (in brine, drained)
1 green pepper finely diced
6 jalapeño rings finely diced (optional)
4 spring onions finely sliced
~2-3 table spoons Hellmanns mayonaise (consistency to personal taste ... I don't like my tuna mayo to be too smooth so tend to put in less mayo)
Plenty of black pepper (to taste)
