That's nothing. My PS3's chipset uses gold sourced from Ghana in Africa, where hundreds of illegal miners die every year from exhaustion. I'd like to think I've racked up an impressive kill count, at least 3000+ miles away. This sniper pales in comparison to me.

Why is his rifle only rated at half the range he shot? Is the weapons effective range listed a "guide" only or is he just uber?

Altitude makes a big difference in these shots - i.e air resistance. This a reason you are seeing so many long shots during this campaign eg the previous one from Furlong and the other Canadian whom I can't remember (amongst the obvious movement to what were previously anti-material calibres).

Pity that Tom chap got Permabanned earlier today I would have loved to hear his take on this being as he was an SAS sniper and all ....
