To contact EA, you basically click on customer support and then email us [it should prompt you for your login details] and then click whichever platform you're playing BC2 on, then select BC1 in the game drop down menu, then another menu should pop up beside it and you click BC2 on the drop down menu.
Basically, i sent a question saying that i have been trying to get veteran status for BC2 for over a week and also stated the games i was trying to help me in getting veteran status.
I had two CSR's which [for some weird reason] both of them gave me bullet points of what i needed to fill in and reply back with, despite they were the same details as each other, but, i decided to fill them in rather than reply back saying i've already filled in the details the CSR sent be beforehand which could lead to my veteran status being denied or for me to wait longer to get veteran status.
It took them a max of 30 minutes in total to get me veteran status, and the M1 Garand is amazing, give me a WWII weapon and i'll make it dance for you.
