Why are they doing this again so soon? Did no-one buy it first time around?I'm not even going to bother d/l it again.
It's a lot more likely that they're doing it again so soon because it generated a load of sales.
If you do something that costs money and doesn't get you any back, you're hardly going to repeat your mistake again a few weeks later.

Nobody been keeping up with all the IW/Activision news? IW is about to disappear as an entity. Think its a coincedence you can suddenly (like as of yesterday) pick up MW2 for £25 (PS3 and XBox) at a certain well known street retailer and its double xp for all and free tasters!!! Their ability to create map packs just walked out of the door and started working for what is essentially a developer with more than a passing friendship for Electronic Arts. They maybe have one more pack if it was under serious development before the boo hoo and need to squeeze as much cash out of this cow as possible.

I installed it on my brother's pc last time. He played briefly then partway though the game I saw him load up CSS in steam instead, so I followed him.
In so many ways a much older game has aspects which are still better than this one, something has gone horribly wrong here... (*Cough Activision/IW*)
You can see from the amount of threads just on this forum alone that there is something very wrong and it is mostly down to (lack of) dedi servers.
I can't even be bothered to say 'We told you so' anymore.
I dont think its mainly the dedi server,its just a little part of the big problem.
What us pc gamers are getting annoyed with, is paying hard cash for pc's much more capable than consoles and in return we get shafted with Console Ports that perform badly, and well With call of duty they are giving us a port as well as trying to shaft us with money
and i agree i dont care about infinity ward anymore.

Same here with one of my mates last time it was on free week end though we would at least give it a go he doesn't play FPS as much as me but hated it one round uninstalled never to play another CoD game
me too .. £40 is just too steep for a game that has soo many bad things about it
hmm. I can't see me getting another Call of Duty game. Well I say that and I'll probably get Black Ops (if has dedicated server support). I can tell you one thing though, I will never pay £10 for 5 maps...WTF? Not even more gamey perks added or nothing?
