Download and install HWA package ( select your whloadkey directory on install if you have it, if not skip )

Download and install desired game.

Copy over latest winuae or winUAE Beta file ( unpack )
http://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuae_2500b22.zip

Make a winuae text file in your HWA winuae directory and rename it to winaue.ini as not to affect any other WinUAE installs.

Run the desired game shortcut! ( to play any other games just download/install/run )

PRESS F12 in game to get the control options up to set up graphics/sound e.t.c ( be careful )

Hmm, interesting. Its a shame I never got to play EOBIII (which wasn't released on the Amiga) as I enjoyed the first two. I have also noticed that my two favourite Amiga games (Civilization and Dungeon Master) aren't on the list.

I may try settlers, I have never go it to run on WinUAE.

It doesn't need the kickstart roms? Does that mean these are legal then?

It came from the desert, goodbye free time...!

Fantastic, worked a treat, xbox pad straight into speedball, heaven!

I cant get any thing to work.
Installed the HWA in the x86 win7 dir
Installed the game in the same dir.

Just get the error message above.

I must be doing something wrong?

When i instal HWA it asks me if i have a HWDload.key, i click no.

Try this with a game , also works if you have updated the Winuae version ! - http://www.winuae.net/

1. Use 7zip or winrar , unpack the exe. It should make two folders inside a main folder , Games and another one Configurations

2. Copy the game directory inside the Games folder for example 1164_project-x_whd into HWA\Games

3. Copy the Configuration file from Configurations into HWA\Configurations

4. Go into your HWA\Configurations folder and load the game configuration

5. Press F12 While in game to config graphical filters and or display :)

Yeh thanks Neil.

I got it working just before i read your post.
It worked fine first go on my xp computer so used the same file format as that on win7 and it worked a treat!
Seems win7 like to install things differentally to how they are ment to be.
