erm spitting is assault at best

punching and kicking someone several times when on the floor is also illegal and a far more serious form of assault

if he'd lashed out with a punch he'd probably be OK tbh... but none of it can really be called self defence - the asian kid had spat on him then back off - he's allowed to restrain him and wait for the police but he just kicked off and launched into a full on brawl - the mentality of someone who does this in front of TV cameras is quite bizare tbh...

He's not a regular guy in the street, he's a prospective MP, he needs to be seen to obey the law. The BNP are trying to lose their racist image, TV footage of one of their main guys attacking an Asian teenager is pretty dumb. They are racist scum tbh.. their whole reason for existing is based on racism. Anyone who supports this party really is beyond retarded.

If he's specifically targeting a person because him/she is coloured then yes. That's a racial attack.

If a asian person spat at a white person who Isn't racist, or black for the matter, I'm half cast myself then I'll enforce the guy gets a good **** kicking.

Racial attacks is what I hate, and if you think I'm a keyboard warrior whoever said that, you should come and meet me.
