Actually, it just says a number of games were demo'd to the press at the EA showcase including Crysis 2 on 360 (which was held on the 12th). 2 screenshots were released the next day to the public by EA (yesterday). Just cos they were demoing it on the 360 doesn't mean those shots are 360 too, and at 1080 res I doubt that's the case.

Dont think im looking forward to this :( i bet if they didnt release it for xbox and ps3, it would be a lot better. Crytek going down ? :( :(
 
I can't wait to play this, even though it's just more of the same soldiers v aliens. :)

Certainly doesn't look like any leap forward graphically though and I'm not sure about that new look console.
 
Well considering the first one was more famous or infamous as nothing much more than a GPU benchmarking tool rather than a brilliant FPS, I can't hold out much hope for this TBH.

Would love to be proved wrong though ;):D

I totally disagree.

Crysis 1 was utterly brilliant and revolutionary in terms of graphics and interaction with the environment.

The satisfaction of firing the weapons eclipsed pretty much any FPS I've ever played. The guns felt effective and brutal.

The physics and explosions were superb.

The story was pretty good.

The variety brought by the nanosuit was stimulating and maintained interest.
