EVGA will not honour any warranty if you buy it from an auction site, no matter if it's brand new and sealed or second hand. I just got stung with this so if you're thinking of buying it based on a lifetime warranty, you best look at a proper online sales site, or a store. But considering how customer service treated me I'd never recommend EVGA to anyone again.

I think evga treat the European market as second rate by the number of cards they have shipped " not seen any in the UK " over here and their warranty service is very poor compared to the US market, stay clear and go 470 on the cheap.
