Mine's the 350z, had it a couple of months now and it's awesome :D
 
Finally some non mobile shots of my new (4 weeks now) 182. I washed and polished it again today.

On the list of things to do:

New cat-back exhaust
Eibach Sportline springs
Speedline Turini alloys at some point
Paint brake callipers, probably just silver
 
I presume that 9-5 is a company car, or your father got a mahoosive discount, what with the new one already out.. (albeit it in saloon form only for the moment)

That's why he got the silver one :) It's got the "parchment" (beige) leather, which suits it really well

Private car - he retired a few months ago and had to hand back the company car, so bought that. The discount was absolutely Mahoosive - cost him less than a diesel Mondeo Zetec estate. As it's the runout model it's got every single option on it - goes like stink too :) Besides, the saloon wouldn't do as he's got a dog and the new estate isnt due for a while

Yes, although he couldn't get a Titanium cheaper than the Saab after negotiating with the Ford dealer
 
That's a saloon, but still not sure what the benefit of pointing it out is anyway? You can get a 320d touring on a 57 plate with the same mileage for 12k too - that would have cost him more to buy new than the Saab.

He's got the car he wants, he's enjoying it and is really not bothered about depreciation. What do you want him to do? Beg the dealer to take it back? Break down crying because he could have got a car that was released more recently? I really dont know why it bothers you so much!

Pah, didnt look at the ad, the one I saw was a cat D.

Still, the point stands that he doesn't care, I don't care... the only one who seems bothered is you, which is a bit odd :)
