This game is awesome, so much better than the xbox 360 version (where the vast majority of my mates are!), had an absolute blast last night.

Anyone got any tips for assault class? loving the grenade launcher for taking out recon!

What does "upchuckworthy" mean?

I have low details and I still get a minimum of ~40 fps at times which is very noticeable. I'm not going to put them any higher. Although I think my system should run the game better for what it is (Q6600, 4GB RAM, GTX 260), probably needs a format.

But imo the game still looks very good at absolute lowest settings, certainly good enough for me. Only the shadows look horrible with my settings, but I can live with that :p

Is your Q6600 clocked? Perhaps you should get another 260 for SLI? :D

Nah it's not clocked, gave up on overclocking a while ago. Been noticing my pc running slow for a while now, can't remember the last time I re-formatted. I don't need an upgrade :p

When I can't play games that I want to at lowish settings, that's when I need an upgrade :)

well done for not going the moron route (360)
my tips for assault, throw down lots of ammo kits (especially near gustav spamming engineers, points every time they shoot)
im not a fan of the toob but the underbarrel shotgun is fantastic if youre in a map thats close quarters, chuck a nade in a room and go in with that then shoot anyone thats left awesome.
also the smoke is great for covering advances.
stay near a medic :D
and squirt your gun instead of full auto (everyone knows that one)
stay in cover and check your corners (hc is very good for training those).
erm.. cant think of anymor atm :D

haha :p to be fair I don't spam it on infantry much, I mainly use it on Isla Inocentes when defending to take out the helis. Tracer dart, CG then the NS2000 to mop up anyone who bails out. You can score so many points doing that again and again and again :D

If ur under 3GHz that is ur bottleneck, whack it up to 3GHz shouldnt even require a votage tweak - just increase the FSB and ensure the RAM has a ratio to match its rated value and ur away!
 
I had a few games on the {SAS} server last night, saw khaan and some other OcUK peeps.
I joined their squad one game :)

For some reason I can't get any stats up on any of the stats sites :( I only got the game on sat so am still low on points but I just get an error when trying to retreive stats.

My personal favourite was the guy who was camped with a tank at spawn, so i get in behind him, throw down 2 AT Mines, then go back in front of him and run at him so he can't shoot me, he reverses, BOOM!

Even funnier..... throw the mines down next to the tank and retreat then pistol the mines. Tank goes boom, registers as a pistol kill. Watch the tank noob go off on one about how you just pistolled his tank to death.
