Akasa Vortex Neo cooler problem

I have just bought and installed an Akasa Vortex Neo onto my 8800GT OC2 Graphics card.

I noticed that the new cooler did not come with heat sinks for the mosfets, yet the stock cooler did cool them.

Is it important that I buy mosfet heat sinks?

Thing is that I can not find anywhere that sells Mosfet coolers for a graphics card. And today the pc had an unexplained crash.

I have one on my 5850 and don't have anything on the mosfets and have never had a problem.

Not really a Windows problem though mate. :p

Mod might want to move this thread to here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=7

I thought I put it in the Graphics Cards Section...

Anyway, I found some spare little heatsinks from my vf900cu I bought ages ago.
I'll put the on tonight probably. Thing that worries me is that the card worked absolutely fine with brillant temps for a couple of weeks, then it crashed twice in two days. :S Both times while plaing Eve Online. (Which barely raises the temps at all) Between these 2 crashes I played about 3 hours of Bad Company 2 without any problems, which raises temps quite a lot more than Eve.

If I find the card is broken I'll have to buy a 5850 or something, Can't be having just the one 8800 these days :@

I've been running an 8800GT 512MB at 760 core, 1900 memory and 1800 shader for over two years now with a Vortexx. Has never missed a beat.
