Received a playnow update today. I know people might not use it, but since it integrates with mediascape its worth it for the speed improvements.

Just open playnow app to get.

I was going to post this a few days ago , but i got side tracked :p

Few good little items in there.

Geez, there is talk of the "Gingerbread" update coming in Q4. I hope we aren't going to be two updates behind when the X10 gets a major update (don't worry Andy, I am not moaning just wondering :p:D). However, I must say for such a small update, the new R1FB001 update does make using the dialer a much better experience :)

Hi
Now that a few of you have had this handset for a while now, can any of you still recommend it??
My contract is up for renewal shortly and I was going to get a black X10. Since I heard that its getting Android 2.1 in a few months its became better looking choice all the time.

I take everything back I said about this update, it could be all unrelated but all of this started happening shortly after the update. For the last couple of days, when I turn on 3g etc with APNDroid; edge, gprs or 3g wont turn on (as if I had no signal). Fair enough a couple of times but it did it most of yesterday all around London. Also, I have always being conscious of how quickly the bar for the battery makes its first drop, usually from light use of 3g internet. Today was a joke. After a full charge from when I went to bed, it dropped 11% after a 2 minute phone call, a further percent about 10 seconds after the call and another 4% whilst I type this. So thats 15% in little over 15 minutes since it was taken off charge. Could this all be a coincidence?
