One thing I've done in the past is to recreate our first date which was quite fun and a bit of surprise for her, and was most enjoyable.
I bought my otherhalf a voucher for CBT, went down rather well.
Buying clothes for women is horrific!
Buy too small.
"Oh, you would prefer me to be that size? You obviously think I'm fat *cry cry cry*
Buy too big.
"Oh, you think I'm that big? I must look really fat *cry cry cry*
i live with my partner which makes it easier, all you need to do is find out her size clothing, what styles she likes.
tbh my partner would not critize me for buying her something special even if it didn't fit.
and if she did i would tell her to get of her high horse and stop being ungrateful i made the effort
The effort you put in will be the standard you set for future years......
Couple of cans of special brew on a park bench in the sun.
Things can only get better!
hold on, partner.........what is this a one year aniversary of?
if not marriage, then surely not of just getting together?
if so, people like you make me physically sick![]()
we have been together a year, and yes i am proposing to her.
good for you, but seriously don't bother having fake aniversaries - wait until you're married and have actual ones
You obviously know your mind though - I was with my now wife for a decade before I proposed and then it was only so she would release the headlock.
How old are you?
