SCUM!*

* Can be aimed at the op or the pcso or the government or Hitler orwhoever you like, i just never get to call people scum and it always looks so fun when people do it in the dailymail :o

Good if you were littering :)

It's shocking the state of the paths in this country because lazy people can't be bothered to find a litter bin or wait till they get home.

Some **** stuck a "do not park here, blah blah blah" notice with some adhesive to my windscreen, so I was removing it and a few bits fell on the ground "accidentally" :(

Good. What did you get it for? Will you stop being such a filthy sod in future?

Why should other people suffer your rubbish because you're too damned lazy to take your rubbish and put in a bin?

Pity it wasn't more, really.

So basically you parked where you shouldn't, and then littered? Wow, my cup of sympathy runneth over

Usually, you should have been asked to pick it up, if you refuse you'd then be given an FPN. I wouldn't give an FPN unless you blankly refused my request for you to remedy the situation.

Littering, for the most part, is totally unnecessary and one of my pet hates.

Didn't you pick them up?

I had offered to pick them up when approached by the jobsworth, but according to him "it had already blown away"
I did dump the rest of the crap on the ground after I had finished removing the notice (which took 20 min ffs) and the jobsworth had left

They were probably working in league with each other. The litter warden alerted the traffic warden that you were illegally parked and in return the traffic warden told the litter warden to hang around for their reward :p

You knew you dropped it & didn't pick it up.
Serves you right, People like you make my country a mess.

It is a "private" housing estate (more like a private road), but there are no yellow line son it. There is a notice that says "Private housing estate, do not park" ... but it has NO legal ramifications.
A guy who lives on the estate drove past in his Aston and told me that there is some local nutter going around sticking notices to cars, despite it being (in the eyes of the law) perfectly fine to park on that road.

There is nowhere else I can park when going to the part time work I'm doing though, so it's either 90min on the bus, or 20 min by car plus a 5 min walk.
