it is very odd, without a doubt he is clearly trying to play the system in some way. Either because he has simply decided he wants to be the next Ripper or he thinks he has something clever up his sleeve.

Being honest though (and no disrespect to other mature students) the few people in their 40s and 50s (i.e. still of working age) I have met doing advanced studies such as MSc's or PhD's have all been a little... odd...

surely you can only study serial killers who got found out though. meaning everyone hes studied has been caught. didnt leave him very favourable odds

Crossbows require no licenses in the UK, just as a bow doesn't require one.

I still can't find a semi-auto crossbow though....

Is he really a lunatic or is he using this as a get of jail free card? We may never really know if he is a lunatic or not.

Out of genuine curiosity, what do people legally use crossbows for? I was under the impression they were just a weapon.
