I currently have an S&S Steel, its a few years old and its literally gone smooth in the centre

I play a lot of online FPS and have a Logitch gaming mouse

What can I replace it with any one have any good feedback on gaming mouse matts?

I had a material mat before this and it got covered in ash and drinks and became a mess.

Since this new one is pastic ash doesn't stick to it and drinks can be wiped off.

But yeah, Horses for courses. :)

COD4 before I got BC2, WoW, Half Life games, Just Cause 2, Metro 2033, AvP2010, GTA4.

Mind has gone blank now!! There is more I just can't think of them becuase I am in "work mode" :)

Very similar games to me then

I want to order one now found it on OCUK just wary of it munching on my mouse feet and making the mouse feel rough again

Thanks for the help

Icemat - black glass at its best !

Had this for years and its never worn out or lost its shape, best mat i've ever bought and i used to always buy good quality branded mouse mats but this beats them all..

I too had an S&S and was always so keen on sticking to hard plastic pads but eventually when they get worn out and you have to keep replacing them with another expensive one it gets pretty tiresome on your wallet. I decided then to ditch plastic ones and try and get used to cloth pads and I haven't looked back ever since. Currently using a big Steelseries QCK now.

I have the razer exactmat, I like it, but it's showing more wear after 2-3 years than my func1030 did after about 9 years.

My brother is still using my func1030, that's what I'd get if I was going buy another new pad

Needless to say, that by the sounds of things, absolutely any mouse mat you decide to buy will be the best thing since sliced bread ;)
