Flash and overclock Asus 5870

now i have my 3.2ghz stable q6600

i wanted to overclock my 5870 but the pinned topic i checked has this link

but it dosent seem to load

can anyone upload it for me ? so i can unlock my 5870 beyond 900/1300

If you're not using a reference 5870, like a 5870 when they were first released, it won't work.

Well it means if you haven't the reference version, the card doesn't have the necessary hardware to increase the voltages.
