My Noctura came with a fan splitter cable that allowed me to connect both fans to the CPU fan header
Strangee... I first found out how to break the 211 barrier whilst maintaining a high QPI speed. By changing the IOH and CPU clock skew (if I remember rightly) as follows:
CPU Clock Skew ----- IOH Clock Skew ----- BCLK
Auto ---------------------100ps----------- 212
100ps---------------------300ps----------- 213
200ps---------------------500ps----------- 214
300ps---------------------700ps----------- 215
That's when I hit another wall. Now the strange thing is, before I couldn't boot successfully on 212 BCLK without changing the IOH clock skew, yet now I can... and as far as I know I haven't changed anything. This is just confusing the hell out of me!

I haven`t checked inside my Noctua NH-D14 cooler box as yet because i`m still waiting for the rest of the hardware components for my new build.
That would be excellent if my Noctua comes with a fan splitter cable as well.
Is the one you have a Noctua NH-D14???

Yeah the y-splitter is bundled with the NH-D14.
so as the guy menchend above, the y-splitter will allow me to connect both fans to the CPU fan header instead of using one of another fan header on the board???

Yup. Although there are 8 fan headers in total anyway so you won't run out.
Just got my second rampage 3 board but when i use everest my cpu ppl
shows 0.07 v but in bios it shows 1.81 volts.
same with pc probe 1.81 volts. dont know why everest shows 0.07
Mine shows up as 0.09 in Everest Ultimate. Looks like a bug, report it on Lavalys Forum.

Do you know if the ones on the asus site are the latest Marvell Drivers to date??? The reason why i`m asking is because I have noticed previously asus tend to take a while to update their site with drivers to newer versions.

Bit Off current chat but i was wondering... Do you think asus will bring out bios for more compatable memory? Its just i thought that the newest corsair gt 6gb package would work but it doesnt. You can use 2 of the 2gb modules, so its 4gb but not 3 so its 6gb. They havent added any new bios for this problem but can they fix this? Im not to educated when it comes to memory. Is a update possible for this type of problem?
If its not possible i know im a noob as i made the classic mistake of not checking the qualified vendor list for memory before buying. I just hope it aint so...

Don't worry too much about the qualified vendors' list. It's bound to have some memory that they haven't tested but they will no doubt work perfectly fine. Afterall the Rampage was made to be used with fast RAM such as the Dominators you have.
