yeah i would ask someone to take a peek, i made that mistake a while back and it was just a 24-48hr ban. they should be able to sort it out i would have thought

Problem is finding someone to ask there seems to be little contact details

thats right, but you can add a price drop announcement to bump it up(after a 24hr period) and you can respond to peoples questions and to reply.
