Is it good to sneeze?

Just sneezed 4 times so far and feel another one coming along...is it better to stop it or let it all come out?

Isn't it basically clearing something from your nose, such as dust or whatever?

*either that or killing you slowly one sneeze at a time.

When I'm in a crowded place, like a bus, or classroom I always hold it in. When I'm not near anyone I just let it out at full pressure.

It's a natural reaction your body does either to clear something (be it germs/bacteria) or as an allergic reaction to something. Nothing wrong with it. Excessive sneezing can trigger nose bleeds but that's about as bad as it can get.

They dont.
If you think you have an orgasm after eight sneezes then you must have a really, really bad sex life.
Us hay fever casualties can sneeze for hours without a break - it gets to a point where you just want to snort water up your nose (incidentally which doesn’t help at all).

It's the closest thing to an orgasm as it's an involuntary spasm in many major muscles of the body.

BTW, my beloved OH has to hold his left eye when he sneezes as he has a glass tear duct there and if he doesn't hold it in he can lose it. This makes sneezing when driving an extremely dangerous manoeuvre. It's hell on earth when he gets a cold.

I have very violent sneezes but love it. Nothing more frustrating than nearly sneezing. Looking up helps!

Closing your eyes and looking up at a bright source of light helps big time for me :cool:
