If England had not got through and by some miracle Wales had, AND were doing well, then I think the vast majority of Englishmen would be cheering Wales on. I know I would. I also would have no problem with eating a mars bar with a welsh flag on it. The same applies if it was Scotland.

So why do the Welsh and Scots feel differently? I believe it's been passed down through the generations from times that we actually had a reason to not get on.

It's because of our history of subjugating the weaker countries. You're quite right in that most English people would happily support any of the home countries if they made it through after us, but for them to support England? Not a chance.

I don't know much about the Welsh education system but jeeze you need help. England aren't ramming anything down your throats. The Mars Corporation are using the St Georges cross in a marketing ploy to make their product more appealing to a country that is largely English in population.

Because Scotland is a foreign country and Mars Bars are subjected to torture and subjugation by boiling in hot fat, England has a duty to protect it's resident Mars Bar community from such abhorent acts. :p

The scottish are FAR worse than the welsh... you guys have like a nation holiday when England lose... you sold like 2 million water melon's when they played trinidad and tobaigo 4 years ago having a support Trinidad day..... you have banned english news papers, your like the nazi's of anti English sport!!
