On a more sober note, I wonder at what point the state starts taking things said in humour seriously? Especially given Columbine , 9/11, 7/7, Cumbria etc..

On a more sober note, I wonder at what point the state starts taking things said in humour seriously? Especially given Columbine , 9/11, 7/7, Cumbria etc..

Stuff will get flagged automatically and then probably filtered further automatically before being passed to a real person to look at and asess how serious a threat they actually think it is, that will then get passed on to the relevant authorities.
