Oh dear...
I'm guessing you're ignorant of South African sport/fans, but it's only a recent invention there and only really happens in football. You don't see them at any other events, even 'similar' sports like rugby. It has no bearing on other 'world events' that might be held in South Africa. It would be like the Olympics not coming to London because of football rattles in the 1960s.
