New texture skins for characters and some weapons, don't change any of the stats though so I really don't see the point of them

For all platforms (though PC seems to be causing them trouble)
 
Some good hunting on sas server today, nice to be the one collecting them instead of giving em away

I have been watching the bfbc2 on youtube and it seems amazing!!. It's graphics seem to be on par with crysis. However I have [email protected] and Hd5850@900/1200MHz. Will I be able to play on these specs? I heard it's also a cpu intensive game and is best utilised on a quad core processor. Does it mean it will struggle on my e6600 if I am able to run it? Thanks

You will be absolutely fine... I play on an 8800GT and AMD X2 5600 with medium graphics
 
Just had an awesome game on isla innocentes where almost my whole team was sniping in defense, and the enemies couldn't even get near :p You see... Snipers aren't always useless

PS So when's the patch coming?
 
the patch is just waiting on the people at steam to pass it, word is wednesday for it, fingers crossed, hoping it brings more people back to the game.
 
Had a series of very good games on the SAS server earlier. Working on different guns, and not my favourites, but still came out with a good KD ratio and about 50,000 points after a few hours at it.

E6600 @ 2.66GHz and an 8800GT here. I'm running on low graphics at 1920x1080 smoothly (not sure of exact FPS, sorry). What resolution will you be running it at? If I was running it at 1280x1024, I might be able to play on medium, maybe even high, so you should be fine with that card. I will probably upgrade CPU and graphics card at some point.

As for the game, the last one I bought was COD4, so BC2 seems amazing by comparison. It's very immersing.
