it is actually..I already pay for mine with the Halifax but you get free travel insurance, breakdown cover and mobile phone insurance.

I'm not sure whether it will still be the norm or whether it will become more widespread though...but they will want to claw the money back somehow

The increase (10% tax rise) has been cancelled, to come into effect at the end of this month "to celebrate England's progression to the quarter finals or to drown our sorrows."

Tax credits are still being paid to people earning more than 40,000.....I thought this was an area they would really cut back on.
