Basically nothing special just posting a few images of my current set-up. This is what my set-up used to look like.
[Specification]
- Hardware -
Motherboard: Asus P6T
CPU: i7 920 @ 3.5Ghz
RAM: 9GB DDR3 OCZ @ 1600Mhz (Triple Channel)
GPU: 2x 5870's (Crossfire)
=====================================
- Liquid Cooling -
Radiator: RS360 (XSPC)
Reservoir: EK Multioption 250ml
CPU Block: Heatkiller 3.0 (Copper edition)
GPU Blocks: Razor 5870 (XSPC)
Pump: EK DCP 4.0
Fittings: Feser 45 Degree rotary & Phobia
Now i've added a few new features
As you can see I have added some new case fans to the top and bottom of my triple rad.
I also added a second GPU and changed the coloured dye. At first my temps seemed normal just adding the second GPU only increased it by 4 Degrees but after a few days I really noticed a massive heat increase. My temps where hitting 71 Degrees (CPU @ 4Ghz).
I've currently downclocked it to 3.5Ghz and added a second radiator. Just a single 120mm to add a little extra cooling before it hits the CPU.
I've also added a new CPU block (Heatkiller 3.0 copper edition). This the new fans and the new radiator helped drop my temps by 10 degrees but today when I've checked its only dropped by 6-7 degrees. I'm not sure if this is due to the hot weather and the fact that my computer is in a small room thats cluttered with junk which gets hot pretty easily.
Never the less here's a picture of the new block along with some nice Feser fittings.
It's my birthday in about 9 days and after I have accumulated some more mula from work/Bday I am hoping to do a custom case mod. cutting a grill hole along with removing some rivets to add a dual rad at the bottom of the case so I can have dual loops. I'm thinking of some nice Black and White PVC tubing although I haven't fully decided.
My temps now are pretty good and in two weeks time when I move my PC into my new room the temps should go down due to not being cramped in a small space. But I am crazy when it comes to performance and cooling.
