***FIFA 10 PS3 World Cup***

Sorry guys - as some of you know Ive been away so not got my match done. Do you mind if me and Jonny play whenever he sees fit (Ill make sure to be around) so we can get that out of the way?

Hi beenom very sorry mate i have been away from my ps3, Can play now or later if you wish. Guys im very sorry i didnt mean it when i said 'who's next to be beaten' it was just a little joke. And Killswitch so much for "I won't get involved in the petty back and forth exchanges after this"....Yet you post "Was probably past his bed time. " I think you should just get over it, I didnt badmouth you or topher i was just being admittedly a bit cocky because i was suprised i even beat both of you tbh as im as my record shows not that great online.............
So yeh beenom anytime today is great for me.....and Killswitch and co i am very sorry about my actions and i wont do it again.
 
2nd round matches were supposed to have been finished by now. I'll allow a little leniency for this round due to the footie on the tele. Matches to be finished by tomorrow night at the latest.

3rd round ends 1st July

Once this one has finished we should have a Champions League tourney as we didn't get to do one of those. :(

Good game overall, I scored first pretty quickly in 4ish minutes and then I suffered an equaliser thanks to Robert Green parrying the ball straight back to Luis Fabiano after his initial shot :rolleyes:. However I replied quickly with a goal from Defoe which led to further goals, and a special one by Rooney. Pato scored late near the end due to some bad defending.

Good game, well played.

I was expecting Argentina to be slow, but they aren't that bad, and do have some pacey players. I just ran out of options with Holland, once you go past van Persie and Robben they don't have a lot to offer.

Yeah I had some real luck - Messi is pretty terrible for me it seems - Argies just have no height so you crossing worried me...

I made sure RVP didnt geta chance as I knew he would be the main threat in the box...

whats this like on ps3 compared to 360 ? any truth in poeple saying fifa including this game is slightly better on 360 not trolling i am looking to get a ps3 very soon but will disappointed if the fifa games aren't as good as the 360 versions.
I owned a 360 a while back and for me I thought fifa09 looked bad too many jaggies and looked like it was running at 640-480 res

They are identical. I had it on 360 at launch and then when I sold my 360 Christmas time I bought it on PS3 and both versions look and play exactly the same. :)
