*** Steam Summer Sale - Selection of games upto 85% off ***

I can't say its been terrible, managed to get L4D2 yesturday for £6.50 odd, thats not bad, least it gives me something to do at lunch when the whether gets dreary again!
 
I don't think anyone should moan too much about Steam prices in these sales. They are bargains compared to any other retail store! I don't think you could find L4D2 for cheaper or the THQ pack!?!?

Also remember there are hundreds of reductions in the store and you can get some nice bargains if you look around.
 
just bought the THQ pack mainly for the dawn of war series and stalker and bought the CoD pack

sold my retail Cod2, Cod4 and WaW for a combined price of 27 so im all good :)
 
shame its not the complete king arthur pack, would have got if it was.

edit. actualy the dlc is only £1 each, so £12 total, hmmm seems bit much.

what about Section 8 ? its worth 15 ? looks like a fun game (obviously will wait for a day with that game, but in case that doesnt happen...)

Yeah, it was when I played it on the 360. Not tried the PC version. Maybe they spruced it up somewhat? It gets a 72 on Metacritic vs 69 for 360.

I have the PC version , but you can pick it up for circa £6 in store, that is what i paid for it. looks great and plays ok too. wouldnt pay loads for it though.
 
CRAP games today. Actually saying that, anyone got a screenie of what the oddworld games look like these days? I remember them being very good, just worried that they may cause my eyes to bleed now.
