2nd half !

Pretty good first half of the year.

Just finished A-Levels at college, and consequently went out last night to celebrate... :p Also turned 18 last Friday, so ALSO went out to celebrate that... ;)

Now got 3 months of nothing :D and going to the USA in 4 weeks, should be a good 2nd half of the year, with Kent University awaiting my presence :)

fantastic year so far. got engaged and wedding in November. hugely busy with work and a lot more money coming in, been having an accountant sort my cash out for first time and unless I misunderstand the letter they sent me this morning I may be 20k better off than I thought I was! so wedding expense nailed!

Up to my eyeballs at work, and then working most evenings trying to get my own business off the ground.

Tough at the mo, but hoping it will eventually pay off :)

Passed my motorbike test in feb, and yesturday i had the best bike ride i ever had, which really has boosted my confidence on the bike. Also went to download festival.
Hopefully going back to college in september (awaiting my interview) to learn plumbing.

Year has been great so far.

Promotion at work.
Bought first place.
Driving lessons going well.
Exceedingly happy with my gf.
Many many fun nights out and in with friends.

Even more fun planned, with 2 weeks off during the summer hols, and a 3 week holiday in Cape Town for Xmas and NYE. :D

The first half of the year has gone well.

I've had a promotion at work, moved to a much nicer flat, met a very nice girl who I've now been with for just over 5 months.

Everything appears to be going well, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it all goes wrong some how.

Great year so far. Got married, internal promotion in work, going good so far! Long may it continue!

Hard to believe its halfway through the year though, first 6 months had flown!

Got married, honey moon in a couple of months.

All going well, I want a new job though so sorting that would be a good end to this year and a new house too.

So we are half way through the year already? How's your year going so far?

Mines been busy and it's flown by. You spend all year looking forward to your holiday and you wonder where it all went. Still got loads look forward 2nd half.

Tell me about it

Between my work, my writing, decorating, working out, and the other bits and bobs days fly by.

At the moment, rubbish.
Up all night with terrible back pain. Barely done anything at work today because I can't lift anything, I'm on a possibly unsafe dose of codeine and it's just taking the edge off.
I should probably go back to the doctors and tell him it's getting worse but I don't like bothering my doctor.

It's the same as any other year, good days and bad days.

It's been a pretty deacent year so far (touches wood), although it has flown in and has had it's moments. I really don't know where the time has gone. After my finals in January I had a lovely winter sun holiday for a week with the missus. Then after that I started a 9 week teaching practice after which I had a month to complete my dissertation amongst other assignments for uni which was somewhat stressful! During all this we bought a house and once I finished uni we went away for a week at the start of June.

No more holidays to look forward to but we get our house tomorrow, I graduate from uni next week and we've to start planning our wedding for next September! All that is needed now is a full-time job for me.

mixed year, start was pants, surgery and recouperation, changed role at work temporarily which bores the pants off me.

Just been given the all clear to go back to normal duties and recently met an absolutely stonking woman and feel like a teenager again (I am 38 lol)

kids are doing great at school so hopefully its onwards and upwards for the rest of the year

Pretty good, passed all of semester 2 of first year uni (Have to do a resit for 1 of semester 1 in august D=), started driving lessons, In the best physical shape ever and T in the park next week :D

This year looks set to be great for my career. I've been head-hunted and my interviews went really well, just waiting for the job offer to come through in the next few days.

Wedding planning is going well - most of the important things are booked.

This year has been no different to the last 15 or so. Miserable at best.

Another 11 and a half miserable years until retirement. I don't suppose there's a great deal for me to look forward to even then.

Sounds sad but im glad everyone is not happy hehe.

Crap year so far for me too, but it certainly has flown by much faster than usual.
