*** The all new iPhone 4 thread - Keep all iPhone 4 stuff in here ***

Newsflash - O2 are now taking orders for upgrades over the phone, but it is a bit patchy, depending on who you speak to - However had just had mine processed :)

Nothing new there I'm afraid, people on O2 forums have been doing it over the phone since launch...some have tried on the phone 4 times 3 times they were told they couldnt then 4th time they could, so all depends who you speak to

Well yes of course it does, how lame would it be showing your awesome new phone to your mates only to get...

HAHAHAHAH TESCO YOU ***** LOSER

...as the response? :p

Except if your mates are paying more money for less with the usual carriers, then it is them who are the real '***** losers'
Couldn't have mates like that to be honest

Still no word from tmobile regarding their plans to carry the iphone4...well they are saying they will be but nothing regarding prices or tariffs.

Oh well only a few more weeks left for them to sort it out or else im off to a new network...

My orange order for a 32gb which i ordered on the 24th has just been dispatched :)

They had a small batch of 32gb's in today and have sent out some of the back order.

Ah nice, I should get mine from the next batch then :p Not heard anything today.

To be fair I'm fussing about nothing as they say it usually takes at least 7 days, 10 at the most and I'm not past the 5th yet :p

Are the Tesco iphone 4's unlockable??...thinking of picking one up on PAYG and then unlocking it to use with my tmobile.

Anyone know?

How annoying. Went into town yesturday, no shops had iphone 4's in stock, now i am stuck in work today, just checked o2 website and my local o2 shop has had a delivery, but i can't go and get one!
Nevermind, just rang them to see if they could hold me one back for after work, i was abruptly told there is a massive queue outside and they do not even have enough for all the people waiting, and then she hung up. I took that as a no. :D

Just got my 16GB. Waiting for iTunes to update on my work PC to get it set up ^^ Are any places doing screen protectors? I presume my 3G ones won't fit...

Also have mine on Tesco which says o2-uk everywhere and all the service information links to O2 :p

as for unloackable not seen anything about it yet but I'm guessing it will be the same with all pay as you go handsets.

Spoke to CPW upgrade on tuesday and asked them to inform me when they receive stock (32Gb). Well they rang and my iPhone will be here on monday, funny thing is he said they only had 20 in stock (just the 32Gb no stock of 16Gb).

Also for CPW o2 customers, the guy informed me that I will be transferred over to o2 direct (he said my number will take a few days to activate so will be on a temporary until then), I assume because CPW don't support the iPhone. Thank god for that means I can finally have things like o2 priority.

Makes sence to me, I'd had mine since launch and noticed no dropped calls. I would not of known anything unless it was posted to the net.

My GF has the same phone I used to have and we are both on Orange. Just put my iPhone 4 next to hers and mine displays 4 bars whereas hers displays 2 bars.

The grip of death does seem to have a effect on my iPhone but it never fully kills the signal so a software bug makes sence to me.
